The International Society of Chylomicrons in Disease (ISCDgroup) is a collegiate affiliation of scientists interested in post-prandial lipid metabolism (fat metabolism in the fed state) and association with chronic diseases risk. Conceived some ten years ago, the ISCDgroups' primary aim is to host a scientific forum each two years to showcase contemporary research findings in a focused discipline context.
Membership of the ISCDgroup is FREE and our intention is to facilitate communication between interested researchers. We are particularly keen to nurture early career researchers seeking specialized training in post-prandial lipid metabolism.
The ISCDgroup is delighted to advise that the 2012 meeting will be hosted as a satellite meeting to the International Symposium for Atherosclerosis (www.isa2012.com).
The theme title for the ISCD2012 symposium will be:
